Used containers are inspected and meet cargo-worthy grade as a minimum — structurally sound, wind and watertight, suitable for shipping or storage. They’ll show their age: surface rust, dents, and faded paint are normal and expected. What they won’t have is compromised structure or a leaking roof.
Best for: On-site storage, job sites, farm use, yard storage, workshops. If you need a container that works hard and doesn’t need to look pretty, used is the right call.

A one-trip container has made exactly one voyage from the manufacturer to North America. It’s essentially new — minimal wear, clean interior, tight doors. If you’re converting, modifying, or using it where appearance matters, one-trip is worth the premium.
Best for: Container conversions, retail pop-ups, offices, home storage in a visible location, anywhere you want a clean professional look.
40ft High Cube — Used

Cargo-worthy grade minimum, wind and watertight, structurally sound. The extra foot of height compared to a standard container gives you meaningfully more vertical space inside — useful for standing, loading tall items, or equipment storage.
Best for: Large-volume storage, agricultural equipment, inventory overflow, construction staging. The extra height makes loading and working inside significantly easier.
40ft High Cube — New (One-Trip)

One-trip condition — one ocean crossing, that’s it. Clean steel, minimal wear, tight door seals, and the full interior height of a high cube. The largest and cleanest container we offer.
Best for: Large-scale conversions, commercial storage, any project where size and condition both matter.
Delivery Pricing
Delivery cost varies and we’re not going to give you a made-up number here. What it costs to deliver a container near Kenora is different from delivering to Mississauga. Distance, access, site conditions, and scheduling all factor in.

What Affects the Price?
- Condition. New one-trip containers cost more than used. Within “used,” there’s a range — we’ll tell you what’s available and what the condition looks like.
- Availability. Container inventory moves. Prices can shift based on what’s in stock when you’re buying.
- Delivery distance. Further from our base in Etobicoke, ON = higher delivery cost. We deliver province-wide.
- Market demand. Container prices fluctuate with supply and demand. Prices on this page are current starting points — call us to confirm.
